Refund policy

All sales are final. Please ensure that your address is correct upon ordering, as Sweetheart is not responsible for correcting any errors regarding it. Due to the minimal resources we currently have as a small business, we unfortunately will not offer refunds/returns/exchanges at this time. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at sweetheartbyangel@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged, or inconsistent with your order. Jewelry replacements are offered within 7 days of your order being marked as delivered via the tracking number that was assigned to your package.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
